Speakers & Distinguished Visitors Attendees are responsible for making their reservations and paying for their overnight accommodations independently. As the conference is free, no luncheon is
inclusive in the registration fee. Attendees can choose to lunch at
the hotel or any of the many local area restaurants.
This is the same buffet that is available in the restaurant for $22, but is being provided to us for just $15 per person if you prepay with your conference registration. If you forgot to include this great money saver when you sent in your registration, just print another and mark it "Additional Item" and mail it in to Wing HQ’s with your check for either day or both. Once again, we are planning on having the National Commander be our guest of honor at the banquet and several major figures from NHQ have indicated their intention to attend. The entertainment for the banquet will include the professional comedy group from the Rumford area, the "Wing Nuts " and of course there will be many awards. There is plenty to do in the Portland area and great plans are being made for the cadets including a tour of the Portland Jetport tower, the climbing wall and more. |
